We are shooting to have the land bought in a couple of months. We are looking for it to start in 2026 but could be longer. However, no will be able to live on the land until it has been propertly managed and up to stardards. However, as a group we will come up there to maintain the land for example, clearing the land and bull dozering the hills to flaten it out.
